Do I have to pay for a prescription on each device I use?

I have RealPlayer 16 and paid for that service. Now I have downloaded Realplayer 18 FREE version. If I upgrade to Premium and pay for the prescription on one of my 4 PC's, do I need to pay for additional RealPlayer 18 Premium on my other 3 PC's?
