Replaying Videos

For some strange reason or another, when I try to REPLAY a video, it goes along good, and then all of a sudden I get a lot of static and loop, it's like the video is stuck one scene, but the audio is continuing..  So what could be the cause of this strange occurance?

 

Before you say anything, I delete my COOKIES every night  and my REAL PLAYER is up-to-date...

  Is this happening on all videos or just the one?

  In the meanwhile, please follow these instructions:

  1. Open RealPlayer.
  2. Click the RealPlayer logo, then Preferences. 
  3. In the Category pane, select Hardware.

  - Under Video Card Compatibility, move the slider bar Most reliable.
  - Click OK twice to save the changes.
  - Close out of RealPlayer, restart RealPlayer.
