Real player on my main computer
I went to open a video on my real player which I have had for years and, I assume automatically updates, and it would not open. Message said my version is out of date and needs to update. So, I clicked on update and and it appeared it was going to update but did not. A realnetworks logo popped up and immediately went off. I signed in at real.com and my internet account came up but I see no place to update real player. How can I update my real player account? I have another computer, which is newer, and it opens real player with no problem.
The computer I am having a problem with is HP desktop running windows 10.
Help, I miss my real player. Play music daily.

It is quite possible this computer doesn't have certain codecs to play the particular video.
Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback. You can install it from the link below:

After installing the codec, restart your computer and try playing the videos again.

Installing K-lite which update all drivers did not solve the problem. Any other ideas?

Never mind, I got the problem resolved by simply re-downloading real player.
