  What product did you purchase. when did you make the purchase and lastly, what was the amount you paid?

  okie, dokie...  I dont think I made an account.  The reason, I was having problems.  1... I paid for Premium, and accidently hit the download twice...  I know...  At that point I tried to backout, no such beast.  My computer locked up and I had to shut it down...  I know, I know.  Idiots come by the dozens...  Finding you guys not easy...  Are you the FBI... No really.  This is my only account that I will testify with.  I purchased RealPlayer Premium and had  accidently pressed the download twice.    I purchased 7/31/2020 at approx. 1-3 pm.  Payed 60.00 or more dollars.  Thanks for your ear.  Hope I didnt bite to hard.  Ed
