Using "Shuffle for MP3 Playlist

Would anyone tell me how I can activate "Shuffle" on my Playlist? When I Googe the question, it doesn't allow me to do what the articles say.

  You can set Shuffle play in RealPlayer Preferences. Please see screenshot below.
