
Most times I get the same problem and with the message " unable to download this video". I've reported it a few times but I always get the same instructions sent back to me. The instructions suggest that you should uninstall the whole program, Realplayer/times and Real Downloader and also delete anything that may have been missed in the uninstalling. Once all is cleared , re-install the program and any updates that need to be installed and try downloading a video from Youtube or another media program to see if that works . It did for me for a while, but then the problem started again so I went through the same procedure again, and again it went for a few weeks, but it's started not downloading again. Unless RealNetworks can find a solution to fix this problem I'll have to consider changing to something else.
