Burn MP4 DVD file error

Every time I try to burn an MP4 DVD, it goes through all the 'Recoding files to burn' and when it gets to 100% it comes up the 'end of file:  error parsing ac3 audio stream'.   If I convert it to RealMedia HD format, it burns the DVD but quality is lost on music and videos.  I'm on the latest version of RealPlayer.

It looks like you have not updated your RealPlayer. Please uninstall RealPlayer and install it by following these instructions.
