Unable to use Premium Functions

I need to enable "make volume equal across all tracks" in the CD burning option, got the message that I needed to upgrade tp Premium. So I just upgraded to Premium version, still unable to use that option. I tried signing out and clearing cookies etc, also tried reinstalling Real Player but in vain. Kindly assist.
