Real Converter can't convert mov file

I have videos from my iphone saved on my drive. When I try to convert these .mov files, it keeps displaying error "could not convert". I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Realplayer, and also signed in to activate the paid features. Still doesn't work.

I checked the resolution...1920 x 1080..so it should be ok. Why doesn't it work? I need to complete these conversions soon so I can edit them for a presentation next week. So I need this function urgently. Please advise.

  These MOV files may be proprietary formats. You will need to use iTunes or the software that came with your iPhone to save them as MP4.

  Please contact Apple about the codecs used in the MOV files.
