What happened that I cannot download videos that I was able to do before
I updated real player and now I cannot download videos that I never had trouble beforel

I too have the same problem. I've been downloading all weekend and this afternoon the download dropdown menu gives me the message "No videos to download on this page," even on sites I've downloaded from yesterday.
I've tried restarting downloader, I've enabled downloader, and I've uninstalled and then re-installed real player. So far, nothing has worked. Looking for ideas and/or suggestions.0 -
Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

Here is the version of RealPlayer that I am currently using:File version 2020.9.20.0Here are several URL addresses that I have downloaded in the past.

Now it is working again. I think there was some problem during the download of the update version that includes People. It took several days to process my videos. Glad it's working. Thanks for the reply.

Adam Silva-- I'm glad yours is working again. Mine is still not working. I still cannot download video concerts from youtube that I was able to download in the past.

Thank you for writing back. You do seem to have the latest version of the Downloader.
Can you please go to this folder, delete the cookies.txt file and restart your PC?
C:\Users\<your pc name>\AppData\Local\Real\RealPlayer\Content\DL2 (Please note: Content folder may be hidden, if so set it to show hidden files)
This should fix the issue if not, please let us know
