dear real player--when i burn a dvd a general error shows up in the middle of the burn stating end of file:error parsing ac3 audio stream--what does this mean and how can i fix thank you ken

  Mostly, AC3 error means a codec used within the file is not compatible with RealPlayer. Here are the options for you.

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of RealPlayer. You can update it by installing RealPlayer from www.real.com

  2. Convert the existing file using RealConverter to a different video format available in RealConverter.
