How does one post a video from RealPlayer onto Instagram?

  You can't post directly from RealPlayer to Instagram. However, all the files that you see in RealPlayer library are actually stored in your PC's hard disk. You can right click on the video from your RealPlayer library and click Locate File. This will open the exact folder where the file is stored. 

  You can manually upload the file from this location to your Instagram.
