mkv files not playing with realplayer

hi with new update many mkv files not play if play dont have sound i check every thing plz help.i have alots of mkv files.this kind of videos files which mkv it is playing with vlc media player not playing with paid version of realplayer.these are screen shot.iam really not happy with this player which paid cant play some video it is better to use free player.

  We are not aware of any such issues with MKV files. Would you be able to send us a sample MKV file that won't play? 

  To send us a file up to 1 GB in size, please follow these instructions:

  1. Go to https://tobor2.prognet.com/cgi-bin/incoming.cgi
  2. You will see instructions for attaching the file. Choose the file you want to send us.
  3. In the "to" section, enter "gsharma".
  4. In the box below, enter your email address and/or ticket number, along with a brief note about the issue (just a sentence is fine).
  5. Click Send.

  We will review the file(s). If for some reason we have difficulty receiving the file, we will let you know.
