Unable to download just now

I have been using Realplay to download videos from YouTube. It worked fine until an hour ago. Just can’t download anything

We have resolved the download issue. Please follow the instructions from the below link to download videos again.

I uninstalled v20, downloaded v18 and reinstalled it. Download works with v18.

Can you please let us know the following information:

1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

Please provide us with the version number you see there.

Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

Unfortunately I can’t provide you what you request because I uninstall V20 and reinstall V18.
V20 is the one I have problem with. For the same URL, V18 works fine.
