I can no longer convert MP4 files. I tried everything. The video will play,. I can trim the video. But when I try to convert to MP3 or to phone. I do everything correct but when I hit the start button it just turns the convert screen off. I never had a problem before. I am updated.

  Is this happening on all MP4s? Have you tried reinstalling RealPlayer?

  I reinstalled Real Player...And...... >>>>IT WORKS<<<<....... YA HO. Thanks.
