Realplayer cannot download videos from this page
I purchased but no download seems to work regardless of browser. Please provide a remedy for this download error.

What error message do you get when you download?
In the meanwhile, can you please let us know the following information:
Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download.

I'm now encountering the same errors on both my laptop and PC, so it's not a Windows 11 issue. I suspect the downloads are failing because they haven’t been tested by RealNetworks.
