We don't have known issues at this time with YouTube. If you have any VPN services enabled, turn it off and try again.

In the meanwhile, can you please let us know the following information:

Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

Please provide us with the version number you see there.

Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using?

It's the current version (2025.6.30.0) and it was working fine until last night

Issue NOT fixed despite the red banner on top of the support page.

Same issue, even after reloading RealPlayer, and installing latest updates.

We just tried to subscribe to this channel and it added successfully. Can you please let us know what error you get when you click Subscribe? If you are not seeing any error messages, can you please let us know exactly what happens when you click it?

it says "RealPlayer cannot download videos on this page"

But, I can open and download individual videos.

Every YouTube video has the error - even the test one your site provides https://youtu.be/i1zPf2whpes?si=-6iJMoJkN6dR2VmY .  Restarting the downloader and uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix the issue.  Again, effects only YouTube.

    Mark & Thomas,

We sent you an email. We'll take it from there.
