No more subtitels

Since I switched from free to download-express on RealPlayer (and paid money), subtitles are no longer saved for YouTube downloads. This was always possible before.

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download the subtitles?

  After immediately sending all the requested data, I would have been happy to at least receive a response after eleven days.

  Is the Subtitiles checked in your Downloader button? If yes, please uncheck it and check it back.

  I've done this several times after a reboot - with no effect.
