I just cleaned all my downoads off of my computer and went to start downloading more and what do I get... Real Downloader cannot download from this page. First thing I do is go to help and look for the page that says there's a problem. It says the problem has been solved! Finally I come to this page and find I am not the only one having this problem. Please, fix this once and for all!

Hello,
As of Thursday, September 25th, I can no longer download YouTube videos. It works fine on some other websites.
Despite the fix, I still can't download YouTube videos. I have the latest version of RealPlayer and the latest version of the downloader. When I try to download, I keep getting the message: unable to download.
How can this be fixed?

You left me no choice but to find another program that will download the clips I need. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years, and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No status updates, no ETR, no anything. The 6 P rule must have taken over your technical department. Piss Poor Planning, Produced a Poor Project.

Problems: Many videos in You Tube are downloaded in a language other than the original (example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OvhmsscX_2A). Downloading takes a very long time and is sometimes not working . Downloading subtitles is not working. Can you please fix this...
