Advanced Options Feature MISSING
Is there a reason why my paid feature is ALSO missing? See image attached. "Advanced Options" menu is MISSING.
I have the paid version, now the "Advanced Options" feature is missing. This is in addition to REAL PLAYER downloading English videos in a foreign language!!!!
What is going on? Do better with your customers.

It appears that the downloads may be failing because they haven’t been verified or tested by RealNetworks. I understand your frustration. It’s disappointing when a paid feature like “Advanced Options” suddenly disappears and things don’t work properly. The support team should fix this and update customers. It’s like checking the Dairy Queen menu and not finding your favorite Blizzard Treat or soft-serve ice cream, you expect everything to be available when you’ve paid for it.

The instructions are not what I get as choice, such as download the new Downloader vesion. That choice is simply not there!

That’s definitely frustrating especially since it’s a paid feature. If “Advanced Options” disappeared, it could be due to a recent update, account/license sync issue, or a bug. my time target
