Man, the annoyance! - Where are my paid features? The instructions are not what I get as choice, such as download the new Downloader vesion. That choice is simply not there!

How do you request an improvement or two in the GUI of the Downloader?
(Such as a pause button, and/or a way to rename the file before downloading it.)
