RealPlayer 25 Download Express
I'm getting the unlimited download speed option, and the Smart Download option shows the correct resolution, but the Advanced Options won't allow me to adjust anything. Also, About RealPlayer shows RealPlayer(tm) (win32) Version 25.0.0.316, not RealPlayer Download Express. I have Controlled Folder Access turned off. My RealPlayer account shows that I'm on the Download Express Plan, and my credit card has been charged for the purchase.

One other thing to mention. When they upgraded their system a couple of days ago from Version 24 to Version 25, when you now download a video under Youtube, they no longer download the .SRT file, so Subtitles/CC are not available with the downloaded video. I ran a test and 2 videos that I previously downloaded under Version 24 also produced the .SRT files. Downloading those same 2 videos under Version 25, no .SRT file is created. I sent a message to their Developers about this with the hope that it will be fixed, but they have not responded yet.
