Real Player Preium Went Away

I have Real Player Premium, but suddenly, it went back to the basic/free version.

I have signed it, but I cannot determine how to reactivate it.

  I've had this problem a few times. Seems everytime they send a so-called update. All a sudden they want me to upgrade again and my premium goes away. Then it's nearly impossible to contact Realplayer/Realtime through any email.

  Same problem with me. They are not responding to queries!?

  I was finally able to get in touch with them.  It was an upgrade issue. 

  I had to uninstall 2025 and reinstall 2024. Then everything worked as before.
