Roku Ultra 4640X and Roku Premiere 3920RW
I've been using two RealTimes All Access Premium accounts for quite some time. I use them to upload and store videos from which to view on my TVs through two devices: the Roku Ultra 4640X; and Roku Premiere 3920RW. Recently, when trying to use RealTimes on either TV, the app opens and immediately closes. I've tried deleting and re-adding the channel numerous times. I've tried resetting my devices numerous times. I've tried logging in directly from TV screens, and through PCs using access codes provided. Both methods log in successfully, but the app closes immediately upon hitting START. I checked my RealTimes account under "DEVICES" and saw that both Rokus are listed as "Authorized RealTimes Sessions". But then I noticed that under the heading "Last Accessed" both are dated "12/31/1969." I found this odd, since all my other devices and computers are logged in with proper calendrical dates. I then went to "SUPPORT > RealTimes > RealTimes & RealPlayer Cloud - TV" and read: "How can I watch my RealTimes content on my Roku?" But the article only lays out steps I've been following all along and which worked fine, until now. I saw a note at the bottom that read: "RealTimes will work with Roku Streaming Stick 2014 (3500R), Roku LT (2400, 2500, 2700), Roku HD (2500), Roku 1 (2710), Roku 2 (2720, 4120), Roku 2 HD (3000), Roku 2XD (3050), Roku 2XS (3100) and Roku 3 (4200, 4230)". I was surprised to not see either of the models that I've been using successfully -- until now. Has RealTimes recently removed the Ultra 4640X and Premiere 3920RW from its list of supported Rokus? Or have I been able to use these all this while by some sort of incidental chance or lucky accident? Will RealTimes be adding one, or both, of these to its list of supported Rokus anytime soon? Or am I wholly out of luck at this point? I would really appreciate if someone would get back to me so I can know how to proceed.
