People Search Not On Menu

I am new to RealPlayer and am trying to enable People Search.  I tried to follow the Managing People Search Article but People Search doesn't appear in Preferences menu.  Thanks for you help

  Can you please let us know which version of RealPlayer you have installed? Here are the instructions.

  Please note: You should be on RealPlayer v.2020 for People Search feature and this feature is currently available only in the US.
