    From your description, we feel it is more of a hardware issue you are having than a software issue. We don't think it is either RealPlayer or Microsoft that is wanting you to purchase again.

    Please answer these questions, so we understand exactly where the problem is.

    • Are you burning audio files or video files?
    • Does the burn process complete successfully in RealPlayer?
    • Or, do you see any error messages during or at the end of the DVD burn process?
    • Have you tried using a different branded DVD disk?
