    • Your new email address:

    We can update it for you on our end.

    I had an account with you for many years under the email address of barley@iprimus.com.au. I changed my service provider which means I was unable to access that email account so I deleted that account from real player and set up a new account under tbarley5@bigpond.com and that is the email that I am unable to verify.

    We see your account under barley@iprimus.com.au deleted. This was your paid account. We also see a free account under tbarley5@bigpond.com. We have update your paid account to be under tbarley5@bigpond.com. You can now sign into RealPlayer with tbarley5@bigpond.com. No need to verify anything anymore.

    I am unable to verify my email address. there is no link in the email I was sent. What can be done to fix this problem?

    Tammie,

    Your account is associated with a yahoo.com address. Are you planning to change the email address on your account? If you are not, you don't have to verify anything. You can simply sign into RealPlayer.

    We are making changes to the Verify process. Your RealPlayer Plus 22 is already associated with this email address of yours. If you want to change the email address on this account, please let me know what it is. We can update it for you. Otherwise, you can ignore the Verify process.

    I am having the same issue I can't verify my email when I click on verify. Nothing shows up in my inbox how can it be fixed?

    We are making changes to the way email is stored on our servers. Verify email is not required any longer. If you wish to change the email address on your account, please provide your current email and your new email addresses.
