    We have identified the slow download speeds. Our engineering team is looking into it. Unfortunately, we don't have a workaround at this time. We have added your email address to the list of affected users and we will email you as soon as the issue is identified & resolved.

    Likewise, I have recently upgraded my broadband which is showing speed to the computer around 800mbps, often higher,  but realplayer is had gone down to 0.64Mbps downloading a youtube vdieo. I have tried rebotting, logging out and back in, even a different machine - same issue no matter. Very very dissappointing.
