Hi,

I have used Real Player as my media player for very long time. My current version number is 20.0.5.308. I listen a lot to JAZZRADIO.com. A couple of RPs back I used to be able to use the "Click to view details" feature to see the composition of a group, now when I click on it nothing happens. What might be wrong?

  How are you playing a website (https://www.jazzradio.com/) with RealPlayer? Can you please provide the details steps you do to play this website with RealPlayer?

  I have created a list of shortcuts to each of the 19 channels in JazzRadio that I want to listen to, put them  in a folder called "Jazz" stocked in "Documents" and they are available through a toolbar also called "Jazz"

  If your shortcuts are through a web browser, we are not sure how RealPlayer is playing a part. We still don't understand the issue correctly. So if possible, send us some screenshots.
