burning a DVD

It isn't recoding the files for burn. There is no transfer status. It is very slow and never gets it recoded.  I burned a DVD yesterday just fine, and the next one never did anything.  I have tried 3 times

  What is the file format you are trying to burn?

  It was RMHD DVD.

  Can you please convert this RMHD video to MP4 and try burning that converted MP4? You can use RealConverter to do this. Please let us know how it goes.

  I converted it back to MP4 and was able to burn it to a DVD!!!  Thank you so much for your help.
