I know how to import the songs l have created 40+ playlist in the old pc playlist and want to copy and transfer that playlist i have already imported all the songs.

  You can't import playlists. Here is why you can't.

  When a playlist is created, it will contain the actual path of the video or music file. This would most likely not be the same path in your new computer, even though you are saving it in the same Videos or Music folder on the new PC as it was in the old PC.
