General Error Message when trying to burn

I was burning a DVD from my video library and the first disc burned fine.  The second disc would not burn as there as a General Error Message stating the file type was not supported - these were MP4 files as were the files on the previous disc - why will they not burn to disc now?

  It is possible one or more of the MP4 videos you are burning have incompatible codecs built into the MP4. You can use RealConverter to convert them to MP4 thus making it compatible with RealPlayer DVD burn.
