Critical follow up for Realplayer - log4j

Hi Team,

I am the Technical contact person for Real Player in EQUINOR. We need your help related to application -Log4j.

We have received Critical Vulnerability email from EQUINOR Security team for this RealPlayer.

Hope you are aware about log4J exploit vulnerability , we would like to know whether it have any impact?  If there is any impact, please provide any workaround or solution for the same.

Please let us know below information,
1. Does application have a patch or temporary advisory regarding the vulnerability
2. Please provide details for implementing patch or recommended mitigating actions if any.

We are expecting quick response and do let us know in case of any concerns.

  RealPlayer PC does not use the log4j library and hence is not impacted by this vulnerability.
