safrscan applicaiton error

I am also having the same safrscan.exe application error problem mentioned in the post:

but find no solution in the post itself.  Please help.

  Please make sure you uninstall RealPlayer and install the latest version from www.real.com. This will ensure you don't run into this error. If the issue persists, please let us know.
