Unable to connect with Realplayer on PC
Downloaded Mobile App and paid for Premium. When I try to connect with PC, I get "We found a Realplayer PC library on (PC Name) but are unable to connect. Please ensure your PC is awake and on the same network". Yes the PC is awake and I only have one network for WiFi. Furthermore, when I check on PLANS on the PC - it is blank, but Premium shows on the Mobile App. To make matters worse, all your feedback loops come back with "unable to connect with www.real.com.

What version of RealPlayer do you have on your PC? Can you please reinstall RealPlayer from www.real.com on your PC, sign into your account and try again? If the issue persists, please let us know.
