Old account that is not used bu charged for.
HI, I have a really account related to an old email address that I no longer know/have but I am still being charged monthly. How can I cancel my old account so that I am no longer charged?

Can you please provide your old email address so we can look it up and cancel if there is an active subscription.

I can't remember the email address (as per original post) as it has been several years since it was used, I have also contacted BT and they can't help as the email was deleted some time ago. I have since requested that the payments be cancelled through my card provider as not sure what else to do.

Can you at least let us know how much you are being charged and what is the date of your last charge?

Last charge was 16/04/22 and was £12.46 but this fluctuates each month due to exchange rates GBP.
