Unable to burn DVD

I tried to burn DVD but always got an error message as follows: Device error - CommandTimeout; Device may have been removed or reset.

I had tried to remove Realplayer, clean up my drive and then reinstall Realplayer again. I still got the same error message. It is very frustrating and annoying. I wish there is a phone number that I can reach and talk directly to a technician who can help resolve this problem.

  This message is more of a hardware error than a software issue. Reinstalling RealPlayer won't really fix your hardware issue.
