my computer will not let me download i put in a songs it tell me they can not find it

Looks like you asked the same question directly to our support team previously on 6th of February, 2022. We would like to re-iterate what was said previously. You can't download music (audio) files with our product. You can download music videos and convert them to MP3. We also refunded your charge when you contacted us.
If you want to download music (audio) files, you will have to look for a different product.
