realplayer personnel will not respone
RealPlayer will not download YouTube videos. have no telephone number to contact or speak to someone, the issue is still there. download the latest version paid money. and all i get is send a post. customer support is not answering at all. this is bad customer service for there product. they could response by we will look into this issue. real player states download this video but get unable to download. I hope they read this post. using windows 11 home version. on system. have tryed to reload realplayer many times. was working before. this need to be address.

It did worked Jan 27, 2026 - downloaded 4 videos from Youtube - each 4 videos was 45 minutes long. Then today, I opened Google Chrome - saw small note - "Chrome Updated". Then suddenly Realplayer Downloader stopped working. Damn you, Google!
