Logged out of Downloader express and get an offline html 1-29-2026

My Downloader worked just fine . But the next day I was signed out. No name, no yellow star and also my I can’t sign in because it’s offline?!! REAL Player too.,! It’s not you tube. They can’t just sign me out. But you guys can I guess. And I can’t sign back in. I have player 22 and Downloader express which I bought . So, did you just take it away?

  I’m dealing with the same problem — getting logged out of Downloader Express and then seeing that “offline HTML” message makes it impossible to sign back in. It really feels like something broke on the app side rather than a user error.

  From the official reply, it looks like RealNetworks already pushed a fix and recommends updating the downloader to the latest version , but in my case the issue still shows up occasionally even after updating.

  Has anyone found a reliable workaround (like reinstalling a specific version or clearing something in the browser), or is it just unstable right now? Crazy Cattle 3D
