COME ON!! I really need to dl some tutorial videos for a class I am teaching. Please fix it already. We pay for premium and then it doesn't even work. What's up with that? Stop making improvements, because every time you do nothing improves bit it gets worse. Please Please PLEASE fix it and then leave it alone atleast for a little while!!
