Need help on how to change name and account information
My account has and old name and for some reason says I live in another province. When I try to go in and change last name, and click save, it does nothing. So I came here to support and checked account here as well, it won't let me change name and when click on where is says is agent area, it says cannot and must contact whoever is in charge. Like what the hell? Any one know how can change this or how to contact to change and fix as it is not letting me do what suppose to be able to do.

As per our records, your account indicates that your city is Vancouver. Is this not the right city? If not, please provide the City and State so we can update it for you.

Never been to Vancouver and I never set it to that. I am in Cadotte Lake, Alberta, and also want to change my name as it also isn't right. Last name has no poon. Just Linnard.

Thank you. I had tried multiple times to change name but it wouldn't save. It finally saved now. Just have to wait for it to update my name here for support as still as old name and says can't change as that automatically set.
