Real Player BROKEN can't Download multiple files in a Playlist

I'm a paid subscriber, and this horrid software is getting worse with each build. Now it can't download a playlist as it is supposed to. It now only downloads single files. When it encounters a playlist, it says: VIDEO NOT FOUND. fix the damn problem!!!!!!!!!

  Yeah, it does not download anything, Real Player simply doesn't give a crap. They will never fix this

  What error message do you get when you download?
   
  In the meanwhile, can you please let us know the following information:
   
  Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.
   
  Please provide us with the version number you see there.
   
  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using?
