Upgraded to Prem but cannot import old RP files to hve visible under Video
Upgraded to Premium and had to do new account as I could not change 15 year old email login My RealPlayer Files are in an old Realplayer directory as updates changed the path many times. So I am trying to get visibility under the new RP version on the screen My Media - Videos"
I tried to "import" via drag and drop so they would show under the "My Media - Video" section. But the screen showed no content. So next I copied files into the preferred directory showing under tools. And still the screen shows no content. Got tons of Itunes music imported but no Realplayer videos. So I am at a loss. Soime of these Youtubes videos are not longer accessible so I would like to keep.
Can you give some assistance please.

You will need to make sure those files are stored in your Videos folder. Once you do that, RealPlayer will automatically show up the videos. If you are not seeing them, please go to Preferences and look under Watch folders and add the folder you have your videos in. Restart computer once you see the files being added.

I'm experiencing the same issue on both my laptop and desktop PC, so it doesn't appear to be a Windows 11 problem. It seems the older RP files can't be imported or made visible under Video after upgrading to Premium. My downloads are also failing, possibly because they haven't been updated or tested by RealNetworks. My system clock is automatically synced with Microsoft, so I'm wondering if that could be contributing to the issue.

I'm experiencing the same errors on both my laptop and PC, which rules out a Windows 11 issue. It seems like the downloads are failing possibly due to the fact that they haven't been tested by RealNetworks. Since my system clock is auto-synced with Microsoft, that might be playing a role in causing the problem. I’ve included screenshots for better context, and I would appreciate any insights or suggestions. Visit this site: mohre uae

That sounds frustrating, especially after upgrading to Premium. If the video files are still on your computer but aren't appearing under My Media > Videos, it may be that the new version isn't indexing the old RealPlayer library correctly or the files are in an unsupported format. Hopefully the support team can provide a way to rebuild the media library or import the older database without losing access to those videos. Wishing you the best of luck getting everything restored.
