Having Trouble Downloading from Dailymotion

I'm using Realplayer Version 24.0.4.303 because that's what I paid my subscription on for the RealDownloader portion.  I think it's absolutely STOOOOPID that you have to pay for a new subscription each time that you want to upgrade or update RealDownloader.  Lifetime subscription should mean LIFETIME, regardless of the software version.  It use to be that way with RealNetworks, but some idiot had the idea to start scamming people.

Anyways.... I'm trying to download some videos from this page:

I've had luck with many of them, but recently, RealDownloader is not able to download them.

I'm trying to find out if anyone else is having the same issue and/or what the cause is...  and then what is the solution...

RealSupport is going to tell me to upgrade of course...  trying to get more money...

Everything was fine several weeks ago, and then I gave it some time and it's still an issue.

Anyone else ?

  Please make sure you are on RealPlayer v.24.

  Please follow these steps
   

  1. Click the RealPlayer logo from the top left corner and click Check for Update.
  2. Uncheck RealPlayer 25 (Extremely important)
  3. Click Other Software, check Video Downloader.
  4. Click Install.

  1. Opened RealPlayer

  2. I unchecked RealPlayer 25

  3. I selected Other Software.   Nothing is listed in Other Software.

   

  Now what ?

  I'm experiencing the same errors on both my laptop and PC, which rules out a Windows 11 issue. It seems like the downloads are failing possibly due to the fact that they haven't been tested by RealNetworks. Since my system clock is auto-synced with Microsoft, that might be playing a role in causing the problem.   I’m experiencing a very similar problem on my end. The downloader either can’t recognize the video at all or stops partway through with an “unable to download” error. Based on other discussions I’ve read, this tends to occur whenever YouTube updates something, which can temporarily disrupt Real Downloader.

  I’ve already attempted reinstalling and making sure everything is up to date, but the results are still unreliable—occasionally it works for a short time, then fails again.
