Real Player downloader express

Everytime i try to download a video when i click the download this video the image of video shows up but then the real player downloader express one time charge pops up

  Please reinstall RealPlayer and sign in to activate your Downloader Express features. This should resolve your issue.

  I uninstalled and reinstalled real player and it still doing the same thing I should mention I have downloaded the free version but I was able to download videos earlier this morning. I have noticed the real player download Xpress pop-up window happens only on when I try to download certain videos meaning link I am downloading it from
