Unable to burn an MP4 to DVD

I am trying to burn an MP4 to DVD, but get the following error: end of file: error parsing ac3 audio stream

 

I have updated and restarted my computer, what gives?

  This error shows up if the MP4 has some codecs that is not compatible with RealPlayer DVD burn function. You can use RealConverter and convert the existing MP4 to another MP4. This conversion would make sure that the file is compatible with RealPlayer DVD burn function.
