Can't Download from YouTube.com

I have the lastest version of Realplayer for my PC and i have tried downloading just the song and also the video and I get the same result. "unable to download"  Help anyone have an answer?

  I have joined RealPlayer Plus, however, I an unable to download from U Tube.  What went wrong, should I need to pay you again Real Player Plus for down load into 1080P +

  We are happy to announce that the recent issue affecting YouTube downloads has been resolved. 
   
  If you are still experiencing problems, please make sure you have the latest version of RealPlayer Downloader installed. 
   
  For older versions of RealPlayer (v.22 & v.20/20), an update will be released soon.

  I have the latest version of real player 25 and i have no updates available and i restarted real downloader and it still says unable to download.  so what's next?

  Same problem as above -- Unable to download from YouTube and I have the latest version (V25). I have tried removing and reinstalling the app and still the same, I'm on a HP Pavilion (less than 1 year old with Windows 11 - Personal)
