Real Player downloader not working
I have an All Access Premium subscription on windows. I reinstalled real player 25. The real player button finally appeared in chrome but you tube downloads said "unable to download" after restarting the button disappeared. Real player is enabled in windows start up but it will not remain running

We are happy to announce that the recent issue affecting YouTube downloads has been resolved.
If you are still experiencing problems, please make sure you have the latest version of RealPlayer Downloader installed.
For older versions of RealPlayer (v.22 & v.20/20), an update will be released soon.-1 -

I’m experiencing a very similar problem on my end. The downloader either can’t recognize the video at all or stops partway through with an “unable to download” error. Based on other discussions I’ve read, this tends to occur whenever YouTube updates something, which can temporarily disrupt Real Downloader.
I’ve already attempted reinstalling and making sure everything is up to date, but the results are still unreliable—occasionally it works for a short time, then fails again.

I am having the same issue, i was able download 1 video today (Saturday 8/22/2026) from Youtube, but then it quit working again. i have uninstalled RealPlayer, rebooted my system and then reinstalled. same results. RN Support
