Downloader is working and suddenly in the progress of Downloading fail with Unable to Download

I have the licensed 24 Plus on windows 10, it is working nicely and suddenly, i got encouraging message to upgrade. I ignored the message and it later started "Unable to Download" Message while the download has initially started.

Cleaned all cache (Temp, %temp%on windown command; and cleared Chrome Browser History, and Cache); rebooted, all fail to get downloader to work again.

Is this "normal"???

  It happened to me too. I would like to know if upgrading to the paid version would solve the problem.
